Daffodil Projects cooks diaspora cuisine from the American Southeast. All of the ingredients and techniques that are implemented are a direct reflection of food ways from this region, present and past. We implement a lot of ingredients and cooking techniques that are historically African, Asian, and European based on historical cuisine in the Southeast, as well as modern food ways in that region.
